  • 1 Cup Cowpea
  • 1 Cup Onion
  • 5-6 Chili
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Panch Phoron
  • 1½ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Paste
  • 3 Tbsp Soybean Oil
  • 2 Tsp Ghee
  • 1-2 Dried Red Chili
  • Water as Needed (2 cup approx.)
