Chop/ Brinjal Chop is one of the most popular Ramadan Iftar items. It's very simple to make at home. In this video, we will show, how to cut the Begun/ Brinjal slices, make the Besan or Gram smooth batter and deep fry the chop.
Here are the Ingredients:
- 1 Begun/ Brinjal Slices
- Besan or Gram Flour 1 Cup
- Rice Flour 1/2 Cup
- Salt 1 Teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder 1 Teaspoon
- Coriander Powder 1 Teaspoon
- Baking Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
- Water as Needed to Make the Smooth Batter
- 1 and 1/2 Cup Oil for Deep Fry the Begun/ Brinjal Slices
