Ingredients used to make tasty mango phirni 
  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 Medium Size Mango
  • 1 Cup Polao Rice
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt 
 Method to make the homemade tasty mango phirni 
  • Blend the mango and make perfect pulp
  • Blend the polao rice with some water
  • Boil milk in a deep. Then add 1 pinch salt, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp cardamom powder and mix it.
  • Add the blent polao rice and mix it 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Now add mango pulp and mix again 3 to 5 minutes.
